We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your P.F. Flyers don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your items.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Sneakers
Place the unworn shoes back in the original P.F. Flyers box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
